Multiple Accidents Reported Due to Slippery Roads and Highways: CT DOT

MONROE, CT — Commuters should plan for detours and delays on Monday as numerous accidents and incidents have been announced by the Connecticut Department of Transportation due to accidents and slippery roads.
The Connecticut State Police have announced an unusually high number of incidents with the season's first heavy snowfall.
In Hartford there are delays on I-84 Eastbound between Exits 44 and 49, between Exits 55 and 50 and between Exits 33 and 32. Delays are also occurring on Route 2A Westbound between Exits 4 and 2W.

In Waterbury, delays are reported on I-84 Eastbound between Exits 23 and 25 and between Exits 25A and 25 and by Exit 17.
In Farmington, delays are being reported on I-84 Eastbound between Exits 37 and 40.
