Mildred M. Mischik, age 97 of Monroe, beloved wife of the late Alidor Mischik, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 24, 2020 at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport. Born in Burlington, VT on November 13, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Vincent White. Mildred worked for many years as an assembler for Conical Bandages in Bridgeport. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Jude's Church in Monroe, and enjoyed travelling and taking trips with the Monroe Senior Center after her retirement. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who will be truly missed by all who knew her.

Mildred is survived by her beloved son, Joseph A. Mischik and his wife Janet of Monroe, adored grandchildren, Elizabeth and Joey Mischik, both of Burlington, VT, Julie and Jeremy Tote of MA, Frank and Karen Esposito of Oxford, Raymond and Jennifer Lupo of Shelton, and Raymond Gaylord of Milford, her cherished great grandchildren, Katie and Nate Tote, and Tiffany and Samantha Lupo. In addition to her husband, Mildred was predeceased by her son, Steven Mischik in 2002.
