Prep's Eddie Tristine commits to run for Boston College
Monroe Scholar-Athlete will run cross country and track
Fairfield Prep senior and Monroe resident Eddie Tristine has committed to Boston College,
where he will continue his cross country, indoor and outdoor track career. Tristine serves as a captain for all three teams at Prep. As a cross country athlete, Trisitne has been named All-SCC twice and helped his team to a 4th place finish at the State Open his junior season. In track, Tristine has been named All-SCC twice and All-State once. Tristine is a member of the 4x400 relay team that holds the indoor track record at Prep, as well as a member of the 4x800 relay team that holds the SCC Championship meet record. In the classroom Tristine is a
Summa Cum Laude student and a member of the National Honor Society. Eddie is a member of the Jazz Band, Irish Club and Gaelic Football Club. For his service work he volunteers at the Kennedy Center in Bridgeport for persons with disabilities.
