Route 34 Closure From Monroe To Shelton Starts Friday
The closure starts Friday night and will continue through the weekend.
MONROE, CT — Route 34 from Route 111 in Monroe to Route 110 in Shelton will be closed to get things ready for the Derby Pump Station construction.
A crane will be set up near Cemetery Road. Route 34 will be closed to through traffic in the Monroe to Shelton stretch. Posted detours will be in effect.
Work will start at 8 p.m. Friday Aug. 16 and is anticipated to continue until Aug. 19 at 5 a.m.
