Think Pink Monroe Logo Unveiled
Local Graphic Designer Dawn Barbierri Created Image for Local Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign that Benefits SWIM Across the Sound

A group of Monroe town residents organized a campaign called "Think Pink Monroe" in support of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October to raise awareness about breast cancer prevention. Funds raised through the program will benefit cancer patients and their families through St. Vincent's Medical Center Foundation/SWIM Across the Sound.
The group wanted a logo to brand the organization so they turned to Monroe resident Dawn Barbierri. Barbierri, who volunteered her time to work on this project, created several images and the group voted on their favorite which can be seen below. The new logo will be used on all promotional materials including signs, lawn signs, flyers, information sheets and others.
