Tractor-Trailer Rollover In Monroe Damages Utility Pole

MONROE, CT — A tractor-trailer rolled over and struck a telephone pole in Monroe Tuesday morning.

The crash happened near the Route 34 and Route 111 intersection, according to the Connecticut Post.

The truck was towed from the scene and a diesel spill was cleaned up, according to the Stevenson Volunteer Fire Company Facebook account.

Passerbys helped the truck driver out of the vehicle.
