A Monroe woman in her late 60's told police she withdrew hundreds of dollars in cash from the People's United Bank inside Stop & Shop on Route 111 at around noon on Thursday, and was counting it in her car in the parking lot, when a middle-aged man reached into her open window and grabbed the money out of her hand.
Police said the woman was unharmed and the incident is under investigation.
