Do You Know This Suspected Serial Larcenist?
The heavy-set man wearing a Chevrolet cap walks into a Lowe's store on at least three separate occasions and walks out with expensive tools.

MONTVILLE, CT — State police from Troop E are looking for the public's help to identify a suspected serial larcenist they allege has on at least three occasions stolen expensive power tools from a Lisbon store.
Police say the person is a "heavy-set white male with goatee and mustache (circle-beard), wearing a camouflaged-hooded sweatshirt and Chevrolet ball cap."
Police wrote on Facebook that the man went into the Lowe's store in Lisbon several times, on Dec. 16 and Dec. 26 at least, according to the time stamp on store security video, and walked out with pricey tools without paying and then got into a four-door sedan with black rims.
