Montville Slammed With Power Outages Thursday
The town and the region continues to dig out from Wednesday's snow storm.

MONTVILLE, CT — More than 5,600 Eversource customers in Montville were without power as of 1:32 p.m., according to the utility company, as the region continues to dig out from Wednesday's snow storm.
The snow storm marked the second impactful storm to hit Connecticut in less than a week, and meteorologists are saying that the state potentially faces another nor'easter next week.
Eversource says it cannot estimate when it will get power back to all of its customers, and warned that people should be prepared for outages that could last for days.

We do not have any estimated restoration times at this moment, but will provide them as soon as we have them. Please plan to be without power for multiple days as we work through this restoration. The photo below from Colchester is what crews are up against today. pic.twitter.com/paygVwa35z
