MONTVILLE, CT — A Windsor resident is $13,500 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Uncasville earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On November 2, Tanya Prince, of Windsor, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Mohegan Sun Autumn Essentials store in Uncasville and won $13,5000.
