Uncasville Man Forced Teen Into Prostitution Prior To Fatal Overdose: Police
An Uncasville man was arrested after the 17-year-old girl was found unresponsive in a hotel room.

Groton Police are investigating the death of a 17-year-old girl from an apparent opioid overdose. According to Fox61, the 17-year-old victim was not responsive when found in a Groton hotel room on Sunday, May 29.
Police were called to the scene and the victim was brought to L & M Hospital, where she was declared deceased.
Arrest on first-degree prostitution promotion charge
NBC Connecticut said police arrested an Uncasville manon a charge of first-degree prostitution promotion after allegedly forcing the teenaged girl into prositution.
Ramon B. Gomez, 40, was arrested on Wednesday, June 1.
