Potential Development Plans for Parcel C in Naugatuck

One of the developers given an option for development has said he had a commitment from a tenant.

At the annual Naugatuck Economic Development Corp. meeting, developer Robert Oris of Oris Inc. told those who attended he has a commitment from a major tenant wanting to lease a majority of the space on the parcel at the corner of Maple and Water streets, the Republican-American reports.

Oris said he could not name the tenant interested in the 25,000-30,000 square-foot medical facility due to a confidentiality agreement. Oris is one of two developers who have been given a development option on Parcel C along with John Lombard of Lombard Group LLC, the paper reports.

According to the paper, Oris said he would bring forth details, including the name of the tenant, which is a medical facility to borough officials by the beginning of next year.
