Black Bear Tracks Spotted in New Canaan
Bears are less commonly seen in the winter months, but they can wake up if disturbed.

NEW CANAAN, CT —Black bear tracks were spotted in the snow near a home in the eastern section of town over the weekend.
The tracks appeared near a wooded area off Cheese String Road, according to the New Canaanite.
Bears are generally less visible in the winter months when they den, but they can wake up if disturbed.
