CT's Best Spots For Eating Healthy

Everyone says they want to eat healthy these days, so Connecticut Magazine picked out several restaurants that make it easy to do so.

So you say you want to eat healthy. Everyone says that these days, but let's face it, when that becomes hard to do lots of us end up abandoning the practice. Connecticut Magazine knows this, so the publication recently set out to find places throughout the state where eating healthy is not a chore.

Whether you're a vegetarian or vegan or not, the publication presents great restaurants for healthy eating, but the writers realize that it can be a bit of a tough sell for some.

"But, let’s be honest, so-called 'health food' doesn’t have the best reputation when it comes to taste," writes authors Erik Ofgang, Michael Lee-Murphy, Albie Yuravich and Mike Wollschlager. "You want nutritious foods that also please the palate. Here we offer dining locations around the state where the food is both good and good for you."
