Former Dulos Home In Farmington Back On The Market; Sale Pending
The luxury home measures more than 10,000 square feet and is listed for $1.75 million.
FARMINGTON, CT — The former home in Farmington of the late Fotis and Jennifer Farber Dulos is again up for sale, and according to realtor.com, it is already listed as "contingent" after just a few days on the market.
Built in 2011, the 10,396-square-foot home was on the market in 2019 while it was under foreclosure by Jennifer Dulos' mother, Gloria Farber. The current listing for the luxury home is $1.75 million, down significantly from the 2019 asking price of $4.35 million.
Jennifer and Fotis Dulos lived in the home with their five children until 2017, when Jennifer took the children, moved out and filed for divorce.

The couple was in the midst of the contentious divorce and child custody proceedings when Jennifer vanished from her home in New Canaan on May 24, 2019. Her body has not been found, and a Connecticut probate judge is determining whether to declare her dead.
Fotis Dulos was charged with kidnapping and murdering Jennifer Dulos, but he took his own life in January before he could stand trial. Two people, Michelle Troconis and Kent Mawhinney, are facing conspiracy to commit murder charges in connection with the case; prosecutors say the two, Fotis's former girlfriend and a Hartford-area attorney and friend, helped Fotis in the crime. Both have pleaded not guilty; Troconis is next scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 13, and Mawhinney on Nov. 30.

The brick colonial-style home rests on 2.27 acres and has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms (all "appointed with marble"), a four-car attached garage and a host of high-end features.
"This property has a stunning and flexible floorplan that combines utility with elegance," states the listing on realtor.com. "A gourmet Christopher Peacock kitchen is appointed with Viking appliances, marble countertops, and a butler's pantry. Viking appliances include a six-burner stove with a grill, three ovens, a warming drawer, microwave, and a Subzero fridge. Two additional serving refrigerators, one a wine fridge, are in the butler's pantry."
The home was built by Fotis Dulos' former home building business, Fore Group, and is one of the assets from the business and his estate being sold to pay creditors. One of the creditors is Farber, who won a financial judgment against Fotis' for money she said she owed her and her late husband, Hilliard Farber, for loans to Fotis' business. He claimed the money was gifts; Farber is owed nearly $2 million from the judgment.
The Hartford Courant writes that there no open houses were held for the home, and potential buyers needed to be pre-screened.
