Former Fotis Dulos Home Reportedly Sells For $1.85 Million
The Farmington home had been foreclosed on by Jennifer Farber Dulos' mother, Gloria Farber.
FARMINGTON, CT — The 10,396-square-foot former home of the late Fotis Dulos has been sold for $1.85 million, writes The Hour.
The brick colonial-style home on Jefferson Crossing in Farmington was built by Fotis Dulos' former construction company, the Fore Group, and it is where he and Jennifer Farber Dulos lived with their children for several years. She and the children moved out of the home to New Canaan in 2017 and filed for divorce.
Jennifer Dulos vanished from her New Canaan home on May 24, 2019, and is presumed dead. Her body has not been found. Fotis Dulos was charged with kidnapping and murdering her, but he died after a suicide attempt at the home in January 2020, before he could stand trial.

The home rests on 2.27 acres and has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and had been listed for $1.75 million, down significantly from the 2019 asking price of $4.35 million. At the reduced price, interest in the home appears to have been high; it had been listed as "contingent" after just a few days on the market at the lower price.
Proceeds from the sale reportedly will go to Gloria Farber, Jennifer's mother who had foreclosed on the property in 2019, and eventually to the Dulos children. Farber is raising the children.

Though Fotis Dulos died before he could stand trial, two other people face conspiracy to commit murder charges in connection with the case.
Michelle Troconis, Fotis' ex-girlfriend is next scheduled to appear in court on May 25; and Kent Mawhinney, an attorney and former friend of Fotis, is next scheduled to appear on June 21.
The two have been accused of assisting Fotis Dulos in the plot to murder his estranged wife, and both have pleaded not guilty.
