Five accepted offers led Darien residential real estate activity ending today as buyers continued drive the market in 2015.

Results in other categories, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- Three new listings of property for sale;

-- Three price changes;

-- One property going under contract and,

-- Three closings.

August vacations before school starts later this month probably helped slow Darien real estate activity during the week.
