Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day In New Canaan Sept. 15

NEW CANAAN, CT — The New Canaan Public Works Department will hold a household hazardous waste collection from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, at the Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 394 Main St., officials announced.

The collection event is open to residents of:

• New Canaan
• Darien*
• Greenwich
• Norwalk
• Stamford*
• Weston
• Westport*
• Wilton*

IDs are required to show proof of residency. (*old paint will not be accepted from residents from these communities)
