Jennifer Dulos' Mother Awarded Equipment To Pay Back Debt: Report
A judge has awarded Gloria Farber equipment from the Fore Group, the late Fotis Dulos' home building business, to help pay a judgment.
NEW CANAAN, CT — Construction equipment that was owned by the Fore Group, the late Fotis Dulos' luxury home building business, has been turned over to Gloria Farber to help pay off the judgment owed to her from Dulos' estate, writes the Connecticut Post.
Farber is the mother of Jennifer Farber Dulos, the 50-year-old New Canaan mother-of-five who disappeared on May 24, 2019, and is presumed dead. Authorities charged Fotis Dulos in connection with Jennifer's death though her body has not been found.
Fotis Dulos took his own life in January before he could stand trial on murder and kidnapping charges, but before then, Farber had sued him in civil court. She later won a $1.9 million judgment for money she said her and her late husband had loaned to Fotis.

Farber has not received any money in connection with the judgment, because Fotis Dulos' estate remains in probate. According to Farber's attorney, Richard Weinstein, whatever money is left over from the judgment payment after legal fees will be given to Fotis and Jennifer's five children, who are being raised by Farber.
Fotis and Jennifer Dulos' former Farmington home was on the market last month; the proceeds of sale were slated to go to creditors of Fotis' estate, including Farber.

Two people continue to face charges in connection with Jennifer Dulos' disappearance, Fotis' former girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, and an attorney friend of Fotis', Kent Mawhinney. Troconis returns to court on Jan. 25, while Mawhinney is scheduled for Feb. 1.
