Jennifer Dulos' New Canaan Home Is On The Market

NEW CANAAN, CT — The New Canaan home where Jennifer Farber Dulos and her five children lived before her disappearance is on the market for $2,995,000, according to a new listing on realtor.com.

The 9,800-square-foot home on Welles Lane is presented by Jennifer Leahy with Douglas Elliman - Greenwich. It was built in 2015 and has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and rests on 2.05 acres.

Jennifer Dulos was in the midst of divorcing her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos, at the time of her May 24 disappearance, and authorities no longer need access to the home for evidentiary reasons, writes the Stamford Advocate.

Additionanlly, the vacant home has been cleaned and is in move-in condition, according to builder and owner Arnold Karp.

Fotis Dulos and Michelle Troconis, his ex-girlfriend, have been charged in connection with the disappearance, and authorities believe Jennifer Dulos may have been the victim of a violent attack in the home.

Karp told the Advocate that he does not believe that she died in the home.

Sunday marked the six-month milestone of Jennifer Dulos' disappearance.
