Carolyn Clark entered the real estate industry over 35 years ago and quickly made a name for herself as the first agent in the region to provide staging services to clients as part of preparing a home for sale. Drawing upon her prior career in fashion, Clark utilized staging to help her sellers achieve the best possible price in a buyer’s market. Clark rose into the ranks of the area’s top producers and for over 20 years was the owner/broker of her own firm, Carolyn Clark & Associates. Most recently both Clark and Blanchard were affiliated with Houlihan Lawrence.

Elizabeth Blanchard built a successful business as a stylist with the men’s wear brand J. Hilburn over the course of eight years, becoming well known in the community for her work in designing the personal wardrobes of high net worth individuals. She started working in real estate alongside her mother during this period, and now as she transitions full time into the industry her existing customer base is already proving a strong source of business for her real estate career.
