Having had a successful 30-year career in marketing and communications, Greenspon serves as a volunteer to direct the Board’s #livenewcanaan campaign, which began in 2018 to attract new real estate buyers to the town. The program has grown to include a vibrant website www.livenewcanaan.org, social media, targeted online advertising, traditional PR and a bi-weekly newsletter that reaches potential out-of-town real estate buyers as well as New Canaan residents.

Last year, the campaign began partnering with the Chamber of Commerce, TEDAC, and the town to showcase not only real estate but the many businesses and organizations that make New Canaan special. The #livenewcanaan program is executed with Greenspon’s guidance by the award-winning team of marketing experts at Noble House Media.

Greenspon is a busy Realtor with William Raveis in New Canaan. She and her family moved to New Canaan in 1999 from New York City, and Nancy has been an active member of the community as her children progressed all the way through the New Canaan Public Schools.
