New Canaan Home Sales, Prices Down: Report

Inventory at the end of June was also up slightly.

New Canaan, CT- Sales of single-family homes are down so far this year compared to the same time last year.

A total of 100 homes were sold between Jan. 1 and June 30 this year compared to 119 last year, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.

The inventory for homes on the market at the end of June is up slightly from 351 last year to 364 this year.

Most homes sold this year were between the $1 million and $1.99 million bracket.
