New Canaan ranks 92nd on Forbes annual most expensive zip code list.

The median sale price for a home in New Canaan is $2,217,146. There was an inventory of 378 homes as of Nov. 10 and the average home spent 163 days on the market.

New Canaan ranks just above Brooklyn, N.Y. and only a couple of spots below Beverly Hills on the list.
