New Canaan Man Allegedly Threatened, Harassed Person: Cops
The incident occurred late Tuesday night.

NEW CANAAN, CT — A 43-year-old New Canaan man was arrested on second-degree Threatening and second-degree Harassment charges late Tuesday following a domestic dispute, according to police.
Richard Drake, of Carter Street, was arrested at about 11:45 p.m. in Norwalk by members of the New Canaan and Norwalk police departments. Details of the circumstances surrounding the arrest were not disclosed.

In addition to the Tuesday night incident, New Canaan police had a separate active warrant for Drake on similar charges from an alleged incident on Aug. 1.
"As both incidents involving New Canaan Police are domestic in nature no further information will be released," said police in a statement. Drake was also wanted on another, separate warrant from Waterbury, according to police. The charges associated with that arrest were not immediately available.

Drake was held in lieu of a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 11.
