Authorities have searched the Mountain Spring Road property, and other properties associated with Fotis Dulos, in the past looking for Jennifer Dulos' remains and other evidence in the case.

Tuesday's search included K-9s, according to Fox 61.

Jennifer Dulos vanished from her New Canaan home on May 24, 2019, and is presumed to be dead. Her body has not been found.

The late Fotis Dulos, a luxury home builder and Jennifer Dulos' estranged husband, was accused of kidnapping and murdering her. But he took his own life in January 2020, before he could stand trial.

The Mountain Spring Road home, which realtor.com says is under contingent to be sold, is one of several homes Fotis Dulos developed that were foreclosed upon before or after his death to pay off debts.

In addition to Fotis Dulos, two other people have been charged in connection with case, Fotis' former girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, and a former friend and attorney, Kent Mawhinney.

Both have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder and are accused of assisting Fotis Dulos in the murder plot.

Troconis is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 2, while Mawhinney's next court appearance is scheduled for April 5.
