Preparations Underway For East Avenue Development In New Canaan
The current single-family home on the property is set to be torn down.
NEW CANAAN, CT — Preparations are underway for the demolition of the single-family home at 72 East Ave. in New Canaan, which is slated to become the site of a multi-family development, writes the New Canaan Advertiser.
The property abuts 23 Vitti St., which has already been demolished, and together the two properties will hold a total of 10 residential units.
Developer Arthur Collins is building both projects, and the Vitti Street portion will also hold commercial space in addition to the apartments.
