Another Tornado Confirmed In CT: Here's Where
Connecticut continues to see an unprecedented number of tornadoes over the past several months including another one on Tuesday.

NEW CANAAN, CT — A tornado swept through New Canaan Tuesday evening as heavy rains and winds knocked down trees on several roads and caused power outages for dozens of residents, according to police, Eversource and the National Weather Service.
The EF-1 tornado had winds that were clocked at 100 miles per hour. Power has mostly been restored with only about a dozen Eversource customers still without electricity as of 4:17 p.m. on Wednesday.
White Oak Shade Road between Gerdes Road and Shagbark Lane was temporarily closed Wednesday to allow for power restoration efforts, according to New Canaan police.
