Woman Involved In Fotis Dulos Case Wants Bail Money Back: Report

Anna Curry posted some bail for the late Fotis Dulos, the man accused of kidnapping and murdering his estranged wife, Jennifer Farber Dulos.

NEW CANAAN, CT — The woman described as the late Fotis Dulos' best friend is seeking the return of nearly $150,000 she shelled out for his bail before his death, reported WTNH-TV.

Anna Curry, a North Carolina resident who also was described in reports as Fotis Dulos' new girlfriend, fronted the money and has filed a lawsuit against a bond company to have it returned because Dulos is no longer alive.

The bond company's insurance provider countered that even though Fotis Dulos is dead, he did not show up for a court hearing on the day he attempted suicide therefore the company is keeping the money.
