On Nov. 30, Gail Donovan sold the property at 38 Mead Street Unit 9 to Chunhong Ying for $700,000.

On Nov. 30, Donald and Marie Turano sold the property at 154 White Oak Shade Road to Michele and Silvia Baldini for $1,385,000.

On Nov. 30, Paul and Anita Gallo sold the property at 284 Turtleback Road to Roni and Nancy Israelov for $1,165,000.

On Nov. 30, the estate of Walter Schloss sold the property at 140 Llewellyn Drive to Douglas and Kelly Gervolino for $1,210,127.

On Dec. 7, Robert and Susan Africk sold the property at 162 Woodridge Circle to Garrick and Lauren Stannard for $1,725,000.

On Dec. 10, Paul Scutti sold the property at 24 Nubel Lane to Christopher Kennedy for $780,000.

On Dec. 12, the estate of Ruth Jones sold the property at 139 River Street to Country Bank for $393,000.

On Dec. 12, Sean and Regina Dowling sold the property at 104 Huckleberry Hill Road to Loren Larkin for $930,000.
