Commercial Property Sells For $3.25 Million In New Haven
The seller was Electrix Real Estate Company LLC and the new owner is Vesta Liberty Street LLC.

The seller was Electrix Real Estate Company LLC and the new owner is Vesta Liberty Street LLC. Jamie Cuzzocreo was the sole Commercial Associate in the sale. The property is 1.73 acres with a 65,528 square foot warehouse zoned for industrial/manufacturing.
