Drive-By Shooting Investigated In Newington: Police
A home was struck by several bullets in a drive-by shooting late Sunday night in Newington, according to police.
NEWINGTON, CT — A home was struck by several bullets in a drive-by shooting late Sunday night in Newington, according to police.
Police responded to a home on Robbins Avenue around 11:15 p.m. Aug. 2 on the report of a drive-by shooting. The residents reported three-to-four loud bangs and then glass breaking inside the house, according to police.
No injuries were reported. Police found bullet holes on the front of the residence, which led into the living area of the home, according to officials. Detectives collected evidence at the scene.
