Newington Conservation Commission Amended Regulations Announced
Public hearings were held in November and December.

The Newington Conservation Commission held public hearings on November 17 and December 15, 2020 to amend their regulations. They were revised by the Conservation Commission December 15, 2020, reviewed by the Town Plan & Zoning Commission and State DEEP, and adopted by the Newington Town Council on February 23, 2021. These amended regulations will become effective on February 26, 2021.
