Newington Medical Complex Sold To Investor For $8.8 Million
A Newington medical office complex anchored by Hartford Hospital Eye Surgery has been sold.
NEWINGTON, CT — A Newington medical office complex anchored by Hartford Eye Surgery Center has been sold for $8.8 million to a Florida-based real estate investor, The Hartford Business Journal reported. Owner Constitution Surgery Alliance has sold the 31,198-square-foot complex to Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate.
Catalyst's other holdings include properties in numerous states including Florida, Maryland, Texas, and Alabama. The building is located at 505 Willard Ave. and is 95 leased, according to The Hartford Journal.
