Newington Police Investigate Dozens Of Car Break-Ins

NEWINGTON, CT — Police are investigating after more than 25 vehicles were broken into in the early morning hours Thursday. Many of the vehicles had items stolen from them.

The majority of the vehicles had windows smashed to gain entry, police said. Most of the vehicles were located parked in housing complexes in the area of Willard Avenue and Richard Street in Newington.
