2 Popular Restaurants Coming To New Milford

NEW MILFORD, CT — Chipotle Mexican Grill and Jersey Mike's Subs have signed contracts to open at the Litchfield Crossings shopping plaza, The Greater New Milford Spectrum reported. Chipotle plans to open in the fall at a 2,400-square-foot space.

Chipotle has more than 2,600 locations in several countries and was founded in 1993. Jersey Mike's is a New Jersey-based company that specializes in serving authentic subs.

The popular sandwich shop features a wide variety of authentic Northeast-style subs on freshly baked breads with quality sourced ingredients.

The announcement of Jersey Mike's five-year lease was made by Kristen Gazzi, Litchfield Crossing’s Executive Director, in a statement: “We are excited about Jersey Mike’s joining the Litchfield Crossing’s family. Mike’s will be a tremendous asset to the Crossings and will provide fabulous new fare.”
