Cartus Welcomes New Vice President of Client Services

Cartus Corporation has announced the promotion of Michele Brescia, New Milford resident, to Vice President, Client Services.

From Cartus: Cartus Corporation, a leading provider of global relocation services, has announced the promotion of Michele Brescia to Vice President, Client Services.

Brescia joined Cartus in 1996 and has held key positions in Finance and Accounting, Account Management and Operations. Brescia’s experience includes leading teams based onsite at client offices in the U.S., as well as in Cartus’ Canada, U.K., and Singapore offices. In 2004, she was promoted to Director of Operations and Account Management and was subsequently promoted to Director, Global Owner in 2016. In her current role, she is responsible for a highly successful portfolio of Fortune 100 multinational companies, including firms in the biotechnology, engineering, food/beverage, financial, consumer goods, oil/gas, and power industries.

“Michele is committed to her clients, providing them with exceptional customer service through her abilities to demonstrate creative solutions and drive execution,” said Michelle Vallejo, Senior Vice President, Client Services. “We look forward to the continued expertise she will bring to this new and expanded role.”

Brescia, who also looks forward to her new position, added, “An integral component of supporting our client’s needs and driving operational excellence for their relocating employees encompasses a solid cultural understanding of the client’s organization, a passion for customer service, and proactive, consultative support. In my new role, I intend to ensure my teams are supporting their client’s priorities, objectives, and challenges, while providing trusted guidance each and every day.”

Michele has been a Gold Recipient of Cartus’ Charitable Giving Award and a Cartus President’s Award Winner. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, she sits on the board of Cartus’ charitable giving foundation, Cartus Cares. Michele received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Post University.
