New Milford Girls Receive Votes in Cross Country Coaches Poll

The Green Wave were among 23 state girls teams to get votes in the first edition of the weekly poll, as published on www.ctxcpoll.com.

Glastonbury High School garnered first-place votes from 12 of 15 girls cross country coaches to head the field in the latest state poll, compiled by Amity Regional boys coach Jon Faitsch and published on www.ctxcpoll.com.

Staples came out on top of the boys poll, collecting first-place votes from 10 of 13 coaches.

New Milford's girls team did not crack the top 10, but did receive some voter support.
