NEW MILFORD, CT — A New Milford resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Waterbury late last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On July 17, Heather Parmelee, of New Milford, purchased a 20x Cash 5th Edition ticket at the Bank Street Exxon in Waterbury and won $20,000.
