NEW MILFORD, CT - A New Milford resident is $40,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town late last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 22, Leslie Westfall Schlemmer, of New Milford, purchased a Mega Millions ticket from the New Milford Stop & Shop and won $40,000.
