New Milford Sets Up Temporary Shelter For Those Without Power
As of Friday afternoon a few hundred Eversource customers were still without power in New Milford following Wednesday's snow storm.

NEW MILFORD, CT — The New Milford Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is setting up a temporary shelter at The Maxx beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 9, to assist those in town still without power following Wednesday's snow storm, according to officials.
As of 2:32 p.m. on Friday, 360 Eversource customers in New Milford were still without power, as crews continue restoration efforts, according to the utility company.
