New Milford Sits Near Top of Baseball Poll

NEW MILFORD, CT — Amity Regional High School was again a unanimous choice as the state's scholastic baseball team during the most recent weekly balloting, as compiled by GameTimeCT.com.

The Spartans topped the ballots from all 10 voters, who submitted their picks prior to Monday's games (Amity suffered its first loss of the season after the votes had been tabulated).

Here are the top 10, with records through games of May 8:
