New Milford's Bank Street Book Nook Sold
The bookstore was slated to close for good on Feb. 11.
NEW MILFORD, CT — Bank Street Book Nook, the privately held bookstore in New Milford that was set to close for good on Feb. 11, was sold and will reopen in the near future, according to former owners Vanessa and David Gronbach.
The good news was posted last week on the store's Facebook page. An exact date for its reopening was not announced, as the new owners become acquainted with the business.
"The next post from this page will be from your new Book Nook owners," wrote Vanessa Gronbach on Facebook. "I hope you continue to support them as much as you did me. It has been a privilege these last 4 years and I cannot wait to become a customer myself!"
