Obituary: Mary Gail Monaghan, 72, of New Milford

MILFORD, CT — Mary Gail Monaghan, of New Milford, died peacefully at her home on Monday August 27, 2018. She was 72 years old. She was born on April 21, 1946 in Rockville Centre, Long Island, NY daughter of the late Glenn P. and Margaret R (Flanagan) Bradley.

Mary Gail was a registered nurse with the state of Connecticut for over 30 years before retiring, her final job was a psychiatric nurse in Torrington.

She is survived by her four loving children; Khaliq Sharif (Tracy) of Palm Bay, FL, Brenna Behel (Steven) of Yorktown, VA, Sean P. Monaghan of New Milford and Fernando Mendoza of Riverdale, NY. Her 10 grandchildren; Ariana, Malik and Anisa Sharif, Aiden, Kyle and Erica Monaghan, Beckett, Tai, Kellan Behel and Elena Mendoza. A private cremation will be taking place. Lillis Funeral Home, 58 Bridge Street, New Milford, CT assisted the family with arrangements.
