Valerie Miller, 52, of New Milford, Passed Away Unexpectedly

NEW MILFORD, CT — Valerie Miller, 52, of New Milford, CT, beloved wife of Dennis Roland Miller, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 29, 2016. Valerie was born in Mt. Vernon, NY, daughter of Katherine Gisonni and the late Mario Gisonni. She graduated from Brewster High School, in Brewster NY, and went on to a career in various secretarial positions.

Valerie's greatest passion was being a mom to her daughters, Katherine Marie and Rebecca Ann Miller. Her heart was always her greatest asset, and she would take in strays, whether animal or human, and care for them as her own. Valerie loved being with friends, and spending time riding the Harley with her husband Dennis. Her quick wit and sense of humor always lit up a room.

In addition to her immediate family, she is survived by grandson Carson Roland Miller, and her sister Marie Williams and her husband Timothy Williams of Brookfield. Arrangements are being handled by Lillis Funeral Home, 58 Bridge Street, New Milford.
