3-Building Complex in N. Branford Sold For More Than $1.7 Million

NORTH BRANFORD, CT — The Geenty Group, Realtors, reported the sale of a three- building complex for $1.725 million, according to a statement from the company. The complex totals 32,000 square feet and is located at 49 and 55 Fowler Road.

The seller was Russ & Russ Realty, and the buyer will use the buildings for storage and distribution of PPE (personal protective equipment). 55 Fowler Road is a fairly new building for warehousing and distribution with 32-foot clear ceiling heights.
