Luisa Breen: Operation Fuel is available for persons to assist with a utility bill. Requirements include an income test, bill must be 30 days late or a shut off, there must be an emergency, you must have made at least 4 payments in the last year and not have received Operation Fuel benefits in the last 12 months.

Luisa Breen: The State of Connecticut Department of Social Services has moved to 50 Humphrey Street, New Haven. The new client information phone number is 855-578-4515

North Branford Patch: What's your favorite thing about summer?
Luisa Breen: I do not see any shovels.
