NBHWRC: You can opt-out of unwanted delivery of directories; here's how:

1. Access the site at www.yellowpagesoptout.com
2. Register by providing all required information including a valid phone number.
3. You will receive an email containing a temporary password and link to the site.
4. Use the link to return to the site to opt-out of all directories.
5. Submit your selections.
6. Receive a confirmation email for your records.
