Former Frontier Communications Property Sells For $1.7 Million

NORTH BRANFORD, CT — G&G Investments, LLC has purchased a 33,270-square-foot building on a 10-acre lot for $1.7 million, according to a statement from The Geenty Group, Realtors. The 32 Commerce Drive property, formerly home to Frontier Communications, includes 10,000 square feet of office space and a 24,000-square-foot warehouse.

The buyers plan to enclose a 16,576-square-foot loading and vehicle parking area to double the size of the existing warehouse.

Initially, the buyer was considering an East Haven property, but chose the North Branford property instead.

"After the first tour of 32 Commerce Drive, the buyers instantly shifted gears," the statement reads. "The property not only met their current expansion plans, but offered great potential for entry into new ancillary business channels as well."
