NHMR Commercial Investment Division Announces 2020 Deals Of The Year

The CID recognized office, industrial and commercial real estate transactions topping over $70 million in the Greater New Haven market.

The New Haven Middlesex Association of REALTORS® Commercial Investment Division (CID) announced the CID “2020 Deals of the Year” at a virtual awards presentation held on February 4. CID recognized office, industrial and commercial real estate transactions topping over $70 million in the Greater New Haven market during 2020, according to CID Chairman Jeremy Rosner.

“CID, comprised of over 130 commercial real estate agents doing business in the Greater New Haven area, recognized members who have distinguished themselves in a variety of notable real estate transactions despite all of the challenges presented during the pandemic,” said Rosner. “The $70+ million in transactions represented in these awards are only the top tier of the countless deals done by our members last year.”

In addition to the awards for transactions, Jeremy Rosner received the Community Service Award in recognition for his involvement as CID Chairman, as well as numerous other volunteer organizations including serving as Chairperson for the Woodbridge Economic Development Commission, member of the Board of Governors for the Walter Camp Foundation and serving on the Board of Directors of the Beth-wood Little League Baseball league.

Bill Clark of The Geenty Group was the recipient of the Chairman’s Appreciation Award, which is given to an individual who has demonstrated exemplary support to the Commercial Investment Division. A CID member since the 1980s, Clark has been an instrumental part of the networking group and is highly regarded among his peers. He served as CID Chairman in 1989 and has earned the award for Most Transactions in one year countless times.
